Timelines

Tuesday E-blasts (fun activities and committee functions) - Requests need to be submitted no later than 6 PM on Sunday to be included in a Tuesday E-blast.

Friday E-blasts (only administrative functions) - Requests need to be submitted no later than 5 PM on Wednesday to be included in a Friday E-blast.

Hilltop Highlights: Requests to have anything put in the Hilltop Highlights (including updates to information provided in every issue) need to be received by the 1st of the month preceding issue month to insure publication.

Anything else: The HUB's goal is to complete all other requests within 10 days of receiving them.
